Who we are
A Western Sydney provider built around the people we care for
Founded in Rooty Hill by people who have cared for their own parents and know exactly what families look for: carers who turn up on time, a nurse who notices things early, and someone who answers the phone.
We are a new provider, and we are honest about that. What we bring from day one is the governance most small providers only build years later.
7:30am A good start: Your carer arrives, same face as last time. A shower, the cardigan you like, breakfast at your own table, medications prompted and ticked off.
10:00am The nurse visit: A registered nurse checks the wound, takes your blood pressure and updates your GP. Nothing clinical about the lounge room, except the care.
12:30pm Lunch, made together: Vegetables chopped side by side, the way you have always made it. The kitchen stays yours, there is just an extra pair of hands.
3:00pm Out in the sun: A walk in the park with gum trees overhead, or a lift to the club. Company for the week, not just help with the chores.
5:30pm Family knows: Your Care Manager sends the day's notes to your daughter. She reads them on the train home and sleeps better for it.
Our promise
Five things you can hold us to
We will learn your name before we learn your file.
The same carers, introduced before they arrive.
A nurse who notices early, and a manager who answers the phone.
Your routine, your home, your decisions.
If we get something wrong, we will tell you first.

Where we work
Caring for Greater Western Sydney
Based in Rooty Hill, we support older people and their families across the Blacktown, Penrith and Parramatta areas.
No. You can call us at any stage. If you are hoping to use government-funded support, an assessment through My Aged Care will determine what you are eligible for. We can explain the process and help you prepare, but the assessment itself is done independently.
We are based in Rooty Hill and serve Greater Western Sydney, including Blacktown, Mount Druitt, St Marys, Penrith, Seven Hills, Quakers Hill, Parramatta and surrounding suburbs. If you are outside this area, call us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
We roster a small, consistent team for every client. You will see familiar faces, and if a regular carer is away we introduce the replacement in advance.
Every worker holds a current National Police Check, relevant qualifications, first aid, and completes our induction, including the Code of Conduct for Aged Care and the Serious Incident Response Scheme. Nurses hold current AHPRA registration.
Next step
Let's talk about the care you need
A short, no-obligation conversation with our Care Manager is the best place to start. We will listen first, then tell you honestly what we can do.
